December 19, 2009 The festival of borsch opened the 9-th tourist season on Bukovel!

During the holidays, after the demonstrations of athletes and the official opening of the new skiing season was well-liked "The Festival of Borsch»™ were arranged cooking show-competition.

There are two teams in the cooking show was attended: team Kozachok and team Kolyba involving ski vacationers, local chefs and journalists.

Teams were alerted and trained their own recipe for borsch. They said that it will be a special Carpathian  borsch with porcinis or ceps (mushrooms).

The jury decided won friendship, but when the results of the national vote counted, it turned out, that team won with a margin Kozachok.

As confessed winners, they succeeded by attracting more participants "the people", it added a score and this was amusing because quite strangers from different parts of the country united for victory.

Our festival is held for the first time, but at the request of numerous fans during the winter (during major holidays and festivals)  The Festival of Borsch will repeat that for different groups of tourists had the opportunity to join ourselves to this show, even to take a direct part and enjoy “ trump ace cuisine” - borsch!

Already have an idea to prepare other specialties of regional origin next borsch, such as banosh...
